1. Reducing indoor relative humidity and maintaining it below 50% is a common method for eliminating dust mites. It is understood that dehumidifiers and air conditioners can effectively control humidity and thereby reduce indoor mite populations.

2. Vacuum the carpet regularly—once a week—and be sure to replace the vacuum bag frequently.

Quilt OEM: How to store quilts?

1. Roll it up and fold it in half. Many people fold their blankets very neatly, making them look perfectly square, but this actually takes up a lot of space because the blanket remains fluffy inside. Instead, we can firmly roll it from the outside, which will squeeze out the air trapped inside. Once rolled, it looks like a urea bag—still too long—so we can fold it in half again and tie it up with a rope before placing it on top, saving even more space.

2. Vacuum storage for quilts: When we buy large dolls online, they’re often pre-compressed before shipment; otherwise, their oversized size would severely compromise packaging. We can apply the same principle when storing quilts—place the quilt in a bag and gradually evacuate the air inside. You’ll find that the quilt shrinks down into a very compact ball.

3. Fold it in half and lay it flat inside the closet. If you fold it neatly and store it that way, it will take up a lot of space. Instead, fold the quilt several times and then spread it out on the shelf—this way it will only occupy a small area on the surface. However, if the closet is too large, the quilt may develop an unpleasant odor. To prevent this, you can place some fragrant items inside the closet to absorb odors, or make full use of the remaining space to store other things you want.

The strong ultraviolet rays from the sun can help reduce its fluffiness, after which you can neatly fold and store the quilt.

5. Wrap the quilt in a bag—after all, we can put just about anything in a bag. The bag can even double as a quilt: simply fold the quilt neatly and stuff it into a bag about the size of a computer screen. Once tucked inside, the quilt will occupy the entire bag, making it appear quite small.
