Memory foam is a type of polyurethane foam, and freshly manufactured pieces may have a noticeable odor. When you purchase one, you can usually smell the pillow’s scent. A high-quality memory pillow will have a mild, non-irritating aroma.


  When it comes to memory pillows, the higher the density, the better the quality. Memory pillow densities typically range from 30D to 120D. A simple way to assess density is by weighing the pillow: compare several pillows of similar standard sizes and choose one with a density that suits your needs. Generally, high-quality adult memory pillows weigh over 1 kg and offer good density. However, don’t rely solely on weight when making your selection—also consider whether the materials are imported, which country or company imported them, the manufacturing process used, and the overall craftsmanship, as all these factors influence the pillow’s density.

  1. Excellent protective performance and outstanding chemical resistance: It provides chemical inertness and effective liquid barrier protection against most acids, bases, and salts. The porous material exhibits good breathability, as its fine fibers effectively prevent penetration by liquid water, oils, and other liquids, while maintaining excellent waterproofing and breathability.

It retains toughness and elasticity down to –73°C, begins to shrink at 118°C, and starts to melt at 35°C. Therefore, the heating temperature should not exceed 79°C. To prevent deformation, this textile is not recommended for ironing. Additionally, it exhibits outstanding fold resistance, withstanding more than 20,000 repeated folding cycles, making it highly durable and long-lasting.

The memory foam pillow’s core should not be exposed to direct sunlight or washed in a washing machine, as this can damage the pillow’s structure and shorten its lifespan. During everyday use, keep the product dry and well-ventilated, and air it out regularly. The core should be vacuumed once a month or gently beaten by hand. If the pillow becomes damp, promptly blot away the moisture with a towel and allow it to air-dry in a well-ventilated area.
